  10. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your satisfaction.
  11. With the spoon, take the eggs out of the pan and place them on the plate.

Eggs can be cooked either well done or slightly runny, depending upon your preference. To ensure proper consistency, lower the gas if you need to.

How To Fry Bacon

Now that you can cook perfect eggs, you can add the bacon. This is not really a recipe; it is more of a tutorial in the art of cooking bacon!

Bacon and Eggs will always remain a firm favorite for breakfast.  There is nothing more satisfying that having fresh bacon and eggs for breakfast.  How to fry bacon is the easy part; choosing what kind of bacon to fry is the question.

Depending upon your diet, there are a variety of bacon products to choose from. Choose bacon made from chicken if you prefer not to eat bacon made from pork. You have to remember though, that these days pork is a whole lot healthier than it used to be. You do not have to over throw your whole eating plan; bacon can be accommodated into any healthy eating plan. Moderation is the keyword.

Here is a simple recipe for frying bacon.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Non Stick Griddle or Skillet Pan
  • Tongs
  • Paper Towel
  • Plate
  • Bacon

Preparation:

  1. Place your griddle pan or skillet on the stove.
  2. Set heat to medium or high.
  3. Since bacon contains fat, you will not need to grease your pan before cooking.
  4. Open the package of bacon and take out as many strips of bacon as you will need.  Remove the rest of the bacon from the package and wrap it in tin foil and place it back in the refrigerator.
  5. Note: Wash your hands after you handle the raw bacon before you proceed with the frying.
  6. When the pan or skillet is sufficiently heated (you can tell by placing your hand over the pan to feel the heat), you are ready to fry the bacon.
  7. Place the strips of bacon onto the griddle or skillet using the tongs.
  8. You will hear the sizzle once they are placed in the pan.
  9. Wait a few minutes until you begin to notice the bacon curling; then turn it over with a tong.
  10. Do not stand too close to the pan as the grease from the bacon may spurt out, causing a burn.
  11. Once you have the strips cooked, take them off the pan with the tong and place them onto the paper towel placed on a plate.
  12. Keep in mind, the bacon is still in the cooking process. Therefore, the remaining grease will drip off the bacon onto the towel.

Well, with the recipes for the eggs and the instructions for the cooking of the bacon, you are now all set to serve your family and friends delicious breakfasts. For a really decadent treat you can serve the bacon and eggs on top of a waffle. See the recipe for waffles that we have on our website.
